What could be the reasons behind Players Longevity Lately?

30 Seems to be the new 20 for professional football Players now. There were no surprise When David Beckham moved to L.A in 2007 at at the age of 32. Ofcourse he was no longer a "Galaticos"

I use to believe footballers careers and values start to weign down as soon as they attained the age of 30 but the present sets of professionals are proving that narratives wrong.

From Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos and Thiago Silva all in their Mid and Late 30's still performing at the highest echelon of football is proving that the time of players in their early 30's moving for some Arab money or for showmanship in America is gradually coming to an abrupt end.

Any footballer that just clock the age of 30 now could look at the clock and expect himself to still have nothing less than 8-10 years of active participation in the game he loves most, Modric at 35 just got another year of contract from the most successful club side in Europe.
My only question is, what could be the reason for this? Are we witnessing another era of Ferenc Puskás Set's? or Could it be down to the use of scientifical and technologies in football which I think is helping them protect their body and health? Or the players themselves are taking good care of their bodies by keeping to details of all the necessary requirements for being in perfect shape like the use of personal trainer, psychologist, nutritionist etc. Let's discuss
